Christmas Fair - Saturday 7 December 2019

We are busy preparing for the Christmas Fair which is on Saturday 7th December between 12pm – 4pm.

We hope to make the fair a fantastic event for the whole family to enjoy but we need your help and support to successfully run the following activities:

Christmas Raffle

Raffle tickets will be coming home to you this week. The book contains five raffle tickets for you to buy or sell to family and friends. Each ticket costs £1. This years wonderful prizes include:

  • 1st Prize – £250 Amazon Voucher – Donated by Inaga

  • Prize – £60 Glades Voucher – Donated by Pishon Gold Solicitors

  • Prize – Images Unlimited Photoshoot Voucher

Please return all counterfoils, money and any unsold tickets to the postbox outside the school office by Friday 6th December.


Hoopstar Entertainment Magic Show @ 12:30, 13:30 and 14:30 Tickets at just £3.50 per person are on SIMS Pay until Thursday 5th December. Please pay for your preferred time slot. Children under eight years old will need to be accompanied by a paying adult. Each show lasts 45 mins. (60 Kids and 30 adults per show)

“ELFridges” – Gift Room Children love coming to “ELFridges” gift room to choose a special gift for their parents/grandparents/siblings and carers. We are asking for donations of any unwanted/unopened items that would be suitable for the children to choose and then wrap. Items can be for adults or children. Items can be left in the wicker basket in the school office. Gifts will be pre-sold on SIMs for £3.00 so come early on the day to get first pick.

Santa’s Grotto The children will be able to visit the Grotto, make reindeer food and enjoy other fun activities before visiting the man himself. Each child will receive a special gift. Visits will last 15 minutes and cost just £5 per child. Please note there is only space for one accompanying adult with each child (no charge). This is payable on SIMS pay but you will need to choose your timeslot on the attached booking form and return to the PTA (at the office) or email wcpseventsteam@gmail.com


As the Internet becomes ever more accessible, it is important to remember about using the Internet safely. The term e-safety is used to cover this area. 

Good practices include, keeping your username and password safe and not sharing it with others, as well as, to tell a trusted adult if someone or something has made you uncomfortable or worried whilst on the Internet.
